This Batmobile design is an evolution of the 1989 "Breyfogle" car (the Batmobile designed by artist Norm Breyfogle). It was designed in 1993 by artist Jim Balent for Detective Comics Annual #6.
It has a lifting trunk lid under which is revealed the power plant with a Bat-logo manifold.
Corgi has this model catalogued as 1990s BMBV2, but actually the first appereance of this Batmobile was not in 1990 but in 1993, in the aforementioned comicbook.
