3D Filigree

Part of the worldwide Filigree Series. Each pin is 3D, gold and see-through, featuring an iconic local image in an ornate frame that looks like filigree jewelry. Location name is below main image in gold capital letters, on a horizontal banner that varies in color by location.  Atlanta pin features a big Georgia Peach against the city skyline.  Georgia is know as the Peach State.  Peach production exploded after the Civil War, when Georgia farmers were looking for alternatives to cotton. They were so successful that in the following decades Georgia earned the nickname “the Peach State.” increased railroad lines and the refrigerated boxcar meant faster shipment to markets and pushed peach production to 8 million bushels a year by 1928.

City name is in gold capital letters on a red horizontal banner. At bottom of pin is a Hard Rock Cafe logo, all in gold with no city name. Year (2018) appears at bottom of logo. Back of pin says "Limited Edition" and does not state manufacturer. Cafe staff say manufacturer is Pin USA. Text on back of pin is four lines, which appear in two side-by-side text boxes of two lines each. Sold on a black backing card with gold perimeter trim that looks like filigree jewelry. At top center of card is a Hard Rock logo in gold. At bottom of card, in black capital letters on a gold banner, are the words "3D Filigree Series."  Original retail price: $14.
