Elgin size 16, Hunter case, 19 jewel movement, 5 adjustments, lever-set micro regulator, Railroad Grade (RRG) B.W. Raymond. Railroad hands and a fancy Roman dial with gold embellishments in a heavy multicolor 14k gold Solidarity case with a rose-gold shield topped with leaf and floral spray on the front, and a rose gold mule deer buck also topped with a leaf and floral spray on the back. Serial number 16,486,477 (circa 1911).
The dial has 2 light hairlines, but no visible chips. There are uncovered case screw marks by the case screw lineup. This watch was purchased from a retired watchmaker; by the watchmaker's account, he cleaned it after suffering a stroke and becoming nearly blind, thus the unusually mounted movement resulting in the lever slot at about 11:00.
