Local images on backpack are (clockwise from top left) the cathedral, a city shield, a whale, the flag of North Rhine-Westphalia, the railway bridge and blood sausage. Logo dangle says "Hard Rock Cafe" and includes city name in silver.
Blood sausage (Flönz) is a typical dish in Cologne. The whale stands for 'Moby Dick', a Beluga whale that lost its way and swam upstream as far as Bonn. It was sighted in the Rhine in June 1966 before it safely returned to the sea.
