Kenworth W-900

The W-900 is a Kenworth Class 8 truck model, known for its long-nose style. Even as more aerodynamic models such as the T-600 and succeeding versions have been introduced for fleet use, the stylish W-900 remains in production due to its particular popularity with owner-operators. The W-900 was a gradual introduction, retaining many features of its predecessors which also continued to be sold alongside it in the early 1960s.

It was available many different ways. It could be ordered as a tractor or a straight truck on which whatever body you wanted could be installed (such as: Box, Cement Mixer, Dump, etc.) (single or tandem drive axle), with or without a sleeper, different engine & transmission options were available also. It is currently still in production after more than 50 years. The "W" stands for "Worthington".
