Tri Baby was a casting designed by Larry Wood as part of the 1970 Hot Wheels series. The Tri Baby name was only used for the 1970 casting. In 2009 the legendary designer updated his iconic design for the times and called it the Tri Baby Too (a pun on 2, the second version).
To celebrate the Larry Wood 40 Years of Design Series; HWC put some nice touches on this updated casting. Wearing a mirror-like Spectraflame black finish with copper and silver stripes across top and copper pinstripe on sides and riding on vintage Neo-Classics ... this update is mean-looking too.
