Waltham size 18, Hunter case, Model #1892, Grade #845, 21 Jewel, lever-set adjustment with a double-set Roman dial and red Arabic 5 minute marker outer chapter ring in a heavy 18k gold case with a heavy box hinge banjo case with geometric engravings on front cover. The back is clean, and the frame has scroll engraving. There are no marks on the case, but it appears to be a Waltham patent. No visible out of position case screw marks. Serial number 14,089,669 (1904). This is a first production run for the Grade 845. The movement is good and railroad grade (RRG). The dial is clean except for a slight hairline at minute 22-28 from the second register to the edge. The case is exceptional. Grade movements in a Hunter configuration are much scarcer than an open face movement.
