Something Missing?

Samba de Amigo (サンバDEアミーゴSanba de Amīgo) is a video game franchise owned by Sega, with many of its titles developed by Sonic Team. First introduced in 1999, Samba de Amigo was originally an arcade release, and would later be imported to the Sega Dreamcast. With the first game a critical and commercial success, Samba de Amigo became quite popular in video game culture, until it quietly vanished from relevance. The series would later spawn crossovers and later remastered titles from previous entries. The series' mascot, Amigo, is considered a popular mascot in video game culture, and appears frequently in other Sega games, including Sonic the Hedgehog.
