Matchbox/Dinky Toys | Series

Something Missing?

Around 1986, Kenner (part of General Mills) sold the Dinky Toys trademark to Universal Toys. To protect the brand as quickly as possible, they released six older Matchbox Superfast cars in red Dinky blister packs in 1987.  They used new colors on all of them and tampo on five of them. Baseplates were the same.  Made in Macau for Matchbox International LTD.
