Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2 Competition Model

This is a later version of the Competition Mustang. Still white with red stripes but this has chunky wide 8-spoke effect cast wheels like you’d find on the Monkeemobile and maybe a few other later models (but not many as the Customised Sting Ray, for example are smaller). I think these are the same as were fitted to the Flower Power version.

This has no number decals and the grill stick-on is missing. The jewels are intact and the suspension is excellent - that’s unusual!

The rear bumper is damaged at one end and the roof has quite a lot of paint loss. The rear screen has a crack.

Inside there is the later and quite scarce pale greenish brown interior with the rear parcel shelf now textured and not requiring a dog. The front seat backs have been replaced and someone has only been able to find pastel blue ones which don’t match very well. They’re easy enough to change if you can find the right colour.

This is not the most common Mustang around but its faults mean I cannot really ask much more than this.
