The 1st Anniversary pin resembles the coat of arms of the city of Milan. The entire pin has a 3D appearance.
A body guitar is building the center of the pin with the Duomo (Milan's Cathedral) in the he middle and a red cross on white background.
A 3D Hard Rock Cafe logo is placed at the bottom of the pin with two laurel branches departing from it, differently from the original coat of arms of Milan where there is one laurel branch on the left and one oak branch on the right.
At the top, there is a crown from which descends ribbon that splits in half and hides behind the other parts of the pin. On the left of the ribbon is written "1st Anniversary" and on the right "Milan 2023".
Back of pin says "Limited Edition 200" and does not state the manufacturer. Only states "Made in China". Traditional black and copper backer card with "Anniversary" band on the front.
The official Cafe anniversary date is 4th of July (the Rock Shop opening was on 8th June) and supposed to be realeased in 2023, but it was only released on January 2024.
