That's some hotchi-mama flicka.  She's dead now of course, but still.

The Saab 96 was sold from 1960-1980.  When this brochure was issued, it had a three-cylinder two-stroke engine that made 38 horsepower.  They switched to a V4 four stroke in 1967 but right up until the end, output never exceeded 70hp.  Erik Carlsson won the 1962 and 1963 Rallye de Monte Carlo with a red Saab 96.
