3rd Anniversary. This is the first Anniversary Pin made for the Tel Aviv HRC. There were no Grand Opening or 1st & 2nd Anniversary pins. The scan shows the star as being black but it is shiny metallic gold. It is limited edition but the pin is not marked as such. Painted style. print. Pattern - Mesh Pattern.
