The disc, silver with a red centre which has the year "2023" printed on it and the word 'Team' in white capitals, rotates on a pivot attached to the cover by a short arm at the back. The picture on the cover is of the facade of the London Hard Rock Cafe (the first, and therefore The Original, Hard Rock Cafe opened on American Flag Day in 1971). Overlaid is a title "'70s Greatest hits" with a Hard Rock logo forming the zero of the '70'. Below the title is a yellow star containing the numerical '52nd' and, to its right, the location 'London' above the word 'Anniversary'.
