The Mustang II retained the 2.3 liter four cylinder as standard equipment in '75 but offered 2 engine options: 2.8L V6 or a 5.0L V8 (though only with a three speed). The grille got a larger eggcrate-type mesh, and the Ghia had opera windows in the sail panels.
