The Alfa Romeo 1900 C52 "Disco Volante" are a series of five experimental race cars created between 1952 and 1953. One was modified into a coupe and another, the "fianchi stretti" received convential slab sided fenders to make it narrower. The narrowed version was the only one of the five that was actually raced.
