The Tour de Corse was not a WRC race until 1973 and was not part of the European Rally Championship nor European Championship for Makes in 1969.
Andruet was an early retirement from the race. There were several better choices for 1969 rallys, such as the well-known Coupes des Alpes where he finished 2nd.
