Issue #10 of Eaglemoss’s Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection presents the Borg Sphere, a menacing vessel used by the Borg Collective for scouting, rapid deployment, and assimilation missions. Unlike the larger and more recognizable Borg Cube, the Sphere is fast, maneuverable, and capable of launching from within a Cube—most famously seen in Star Trek: First Contact.
This die-cast and ABS plastic model captures the Sphere’s haunting surface details, with interlocking mechanical panels, conduit networks, and the distinctive green Borg color scheme. Hand-painted and screen-accurate, the model is supported by a custom display stand and accompanied by a 20-page collector’s magazine that explores the ship’s design, role within the Collective, and behind-the-scenes production insights.
