When it came to our third RLC sELECTIONs car of 2007, Red Line Club members were all tied up on making a decision. In the third round - Decades of Hot Wheels bracket - the final casting vote was a perfect 50-50 split between the Bye-Focal and the '69 Pontiac GTO. With that outcome, all RLC could do was make both! This is the first of these two releases to be offered, the Bye-Focal was known as "3A of 4" in the 2007 sELECTIONs series.
This release of the Bye-Focal was its first appearance wearing a set of Real Riders wheels! As voted on by RLC members, it was finished in Spectraflame ice (light) blue, and features Real Riders five-spoke wheels with red stripes. The HWC design team added a few special touches, and the Bye-Focal was a clear winner.
NOTE: In 2007 there were actually 5 selections made. The third round produced two castings at a dead even count so they were both made and each numbered #3 of 4. This casting is the first one labeled #3 of 4.
