It's the third car in the 2004 Red Line Club sELECTIONs line, assembled by membership vote - the Classic Packard! The Hot Wheels Classic Packard casting debuted in 1983 and, after several rounds of voting, it was chosen by RLC members. Voters decided deco for the car would be two-tone and, in a run-off vote, the color was designated Spectraflame blue. Selected for this release are deep-dish Real Riders wheels with white-wall deco - lending an authentic look to this fabulous car. This version of the Packard casting does not have rear side windows, but does feature a full-metal, chrome-plated chassis.
