- Obverse: DN CONSTANTIVS PF AVG / pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right
- Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO / helmeted soldier left, spearing falling horseman, bearded, who is clutching horse's neck. Γ in left field and ANB in exergue.
