Core Destination Name

Part of the worldwide Core Destination Name Series. Each pin is a large city name with an iconic local image, all in 3D antique gold. New Delhi pin features the wooden charkha, or spinning wheel, was one of the most powerful symbols of Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy and politics.  The spinning wheel was invented in India between 500 and 1000 C.E. It replaced the earlier method of hand spinning with a spindle.

Hard Rock Cafe logo is at bottom right, all in antique gold, with an engraved look and no city name. Large city name has a thick underline that runs slightly upward from bottom left to right and passes behind the logo. City name, underline, logo and monorail are raised. Recessed background is darker gold.
