This happy dude is 9 inches tall, dressed ready to swim in a dark blue scuba suit and sits with his legs extending in front of him to show off his bright yellow flippers. Throwing back his head to let out a delighted laugh, Daves's happy bearded face is made into a big smile and is framed by his wet suit while a pair of yellow goggles sits atop his head kept in place by a grey band anda large yellow oxygen tanks is secured to his back with a series of black straps.
