Skull on pin is centered on top half of guitar body, facing forward. Face is light yellow with white teeth and black eye and nose cavities. Covering the skull are symmetrical patterns and accents in orange, yellow, pink, light green and light blue. Behind the skull are the wings, which extend over the top left and right edges of the guitar body. Partially visible behind the wings are two red roses, one at top right and one at bottom left, and four light green leaves. At bottom center of guitar body, in two rows of silver capital letters, are the words "Dia de los Muertos."
Guitar head is light blue. Neck is light yellow. Hard Rock Cafe logo is at top of neck. Year (2021) appears vertically in silver on bottom half of neck.
