This alternate color of the 2004 HWC Series Three Neo-Classics release of the Evil Weevil was created especially for the 2006 RLC Rewards Priority Cars series. Red Line Club members were sent an additional special car for purchasing HWC Series cars from HWC during the RLC 24-hour Priority Window. Some RLC members received special colors — available only through this online method — of the year's Hot Wheels Classics releases. A select few received one of four of the more limited editions, which also included the '67 Camaro, the Scorchin' Scooter, and the Light My Firebird. Finshed in Spectraflame blue; blue flames on sides and roof, '4' and race deco on sides; riding on Neo-Classics Redline wheels.
