The Bucharest pin features the Romanian Athenaeum building - a concert hall in Bucharest, a landmark of the Romanian capital city and home of the "George Enescu" Philharmonic and of the George Enescu Festival.
This pin was sold on a traditional Hard Rock Limited Edition card and not on the off-white backing card with grey/blue/light khaki 'paint splash' decoration around the edge. The card reads Limited Edition Global Series. Back of pin says "Limited Edition" but states no quantity.
