The Grand Opening pin resembles the coat of arms of the city of Milan. The entire pin has a 3D appearance.
A body guitar is building the center of the pin with date 2022 in the middle of a red cross on white background.
A 3D Hard Rock Cafe logo is placed at the bottom of the pin surrounded by a banner with the inscriptions "Grand Opening" and "Milan". From the logo are also departing laurel branches, differently from the original coat of arms of Milan where there is one laurel branch on the left and one oak branch on the right.
At the top, there is a crown from which descends a "Tricolore" ribbon that splits in half and hides behind the other parts of the pin.
Back of pin says "Limited Edition 300" (300 is printed) and does not state the manufacturer. Only states "Made in China". Traditional black and gold backer card with "Limited Edition" band on the front.
