Wheel on pin, like the Great Wheel, has a white frame that spins. Design is 3D pin on pin, with round rainbow swirl as fixed bottom layer and see-through white wheel fastened on top. At center of wheel is a raised and fixed Hard Rock Cafe logo with city name in gold. Around perimeter of wheel are evenly spaced blue ovals that represent passenger cars, also known as gondolas. Actual wheel has 21 spokes and 42 gondolas. Pin has 15 spokes and 30 gondolas. At bottom of pin is a horizontal brown pier with light blue water underneath.
