This was a design intended to be released in 2005 but for whatever reason was not produced for sale. This design was never sold or available in the HRH Retail Shop.
Three (3) are known to exist (known shot collectors) and these are considered to be the printing proofs (prototype). Corporate provided them to the Orlando Cafe for a Collectors Event and they were given out in raffle bags.
