Part of the 2021 Holiday Snow Globe Series, sold exclusively in the Online Rock Shop. Pins are the same design concept as the global 2015 Holiday Snow Globe Series, with differences in base material and inscriptions. The 2021 online series consists of three pins, each representing a Hard Rock location that opened or expanded in 2019 or 2020.
Each pin is a 3D snow globe with a clear plastic dome as the globe and a local flag on its base. Inside the dome is a local scene with dozens of loose white beads to represent snow.
Amsterdam Hotel pin features the hotel facade in orange and brown. Windows are blue and white, some with red canopies. In foreground at right is a blue bicycle with black tires. Behind the bike is a gray canal railing.
Base of snow globe resembles the red, white and black city flag of Amsterdam. At center of base is a Hard Rock Hotel logo. Year (2021) is at top of logo and location name (Amsterdam American) is at bottom, both in gold. Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American opened on June 12, 2020.
Pin was sold only in the Online Rock Shop, not at Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American.
Back of pin says "Limited Edition 300."
Sold on a white backing card covered in silver snowflakes. At top of card is a blue gift bow with the words "Happy Holidays" in white script. At bottom is the year (2021) in blue type. On back of card is a holiday poem in blue capital letters. Card is nearly the same as the one created for the 2015 global series, but narrower and with a different year.
Pins in this online series differ from the 2015 global series in at least three ways:
- Base material is gold. The 2015 pins are silver.
- Year at top of Hard Rock logo is 2021, not 2015.
- The 2015 pins include the words "Happy Holidays" inside the globe. The 2021 pins have no such inscription.
