Part of a local series of three vertical guitars inspired by the colorful chimneys at the landmark Palau Güell mansion in Barcelona. The mansion is one of the best-known works of the innovative architect Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926). Using mosaics and other textures, Gaudí turned the mansion's 20 chimneys into colorful sculptures.
Each guitar headstock represents one of these chimneys. This headstock shows a rainbow swirl chimney in colors of red, yellow, green blue, and violet.
