Larry Wood World Tour

Created with care to commemorate Larry Wood's 35th anniversary with Mattel in 2004, the Larry Wood World Tour 4-Car Set features four of the best-resulting cars of Larry's talent. The Olds 442, Classic Packard, VW Bug and Passion Too were each finished in classy deco schemes created by "Mr. Hot Wheels" himself, and placed on spiffy Red Line wheels! With specially designed cards with rounded tops and his signature commecmorating Mr. Hot Wheels legacy with Mattel. The 4-car set came in a silver round box with the same art as on the cards.
Olds 442: Created in 1971, this car has remained a favorite for over 30 years! For this set, the casting was finished in Spectraflame red.
Classic Packard: Besides being a classy guy, Larry is a fan of the classics, so he created this casting in 1982. For this set, it was painted in Spectraflame orange with brown accents to resemble his own recognizable '32 Nash Rambler.
VW Bug: This car you just gotta have was created in 1988, and wears a feel-good Spectraflame purple with snappy ghost flames for this set.
Passion Too: Larry created this sequel to the Purple Passion in 2004, just in time for this set! Proving he's still got the touch and then some, a fine Spectraflame ice blue was applied to this beauty, an instant classic.
