Part of the Lenticular Flag Guitar Pick Series, sold exclusively in the Online Rock Shop. Each pin is a guitar pick with a national flag around the border and a lenticular national image at center. Lenticular means that tilting the pin causes the picture on it to move back and forth between multiple images. Each pin represents a different country.
Mexico pin features an animated male mariachi in a traditional charro suit, singing and playing an acoustic guitar. Costume consists of a yellow sombrero with a red and white band, a wide red bow tie, a short black jacket, black pants with yellow trim, and brown cowboy boots with yellow trim. Guitar is light yellow.
In the alternating images, the mariachi stands upright with his left fist in the air, then drops to one knee, lunging forward and strumming his guitar with a flourish. In both images, the mariachi is flanked by four maracas, two on each side, all with the same geometric pattern of red, yellow and green. The maracas change in size as the pin flickers from one image to the other.
Border of guitar pick is a Mexican flag in vertical stripes of green, white and red. At bottom center, in black, is a Hard Rock Cafe logo with "Mexico" beneath it.
Back of pin says "Limited Edition 200."
