In the late ‘60s, Oldsmobile would release the ultra-tricked-out 442 to compete with the Pontiac GTO. Within a few short years, Larry Wood would design the Hot Wheels version for a 1971 release, and it would become one of the most popular castings of all time.
The Olds 442 was retooled to join the 2004 HWC Real Riders line. Shiny Spectraflame yellow, this car is like rolling gold! The Olds 442 features white striping and detail work, with a rear spoiler in black. Featuring Real Riders deep-dish wheels with red stripes, the 442 comes with an opening hood and a cream interior. Of course, no HWC car would be complete without a full-metal, chrome-plated chassis — and the 442 is no exception.
