A set containing all 80 models Tomica offered in 1983. Decorations were exclusive to this set. It was released to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Osaka Castle.
3000 sets were made. The price at the time was 25,000 yen. Because it was expensive, it did not sell well. Sadly, a lot of sets were broken down and the models sold individually.
