This pin is a spinoff of a Marilyn Monroe movie, "The Seven Year Itch," the famous subway scene. This pin depicts a lady standing on the red carpet with her white dress blowing around her. The red carpet is a guitar shape, Hard Rock Cafe logo near the bottom of her dress with location name.
Production for the iconic scene took place at 1am on the corner of Lexington Ave and 52nd Street in Manhattan, where the late star flirtatiously stood atop a subway gate as her dress blew up in the wind.
It took three hours and 14 takes to get right – and director Billy Wilder decided to film it in public to drum up excitement for the movie.
Back of pin says "Limited Edition" and does not state quantity.
