Convinced that a market existed in America for their cars, Porsche produced the 356 Speedster as a less expensive model with fewer furnishings, a raked windshield, and a rain top. Released in 1954, it was not only big in motor sports, but especially in sunny states on the coast. Designer Mark Jones introduced it to the Hot Wheels line in 2017, and it’s only making its third appearance here (adding emphasis to the “3” on the sides).
