Model by DeAgostini.
The East German Robur Garant was initially known as Phänomen Granit 30 K (built from 1953) and built in the factory established by K.G. Hiller in 1917, but after the war, Hiller had fled to the west and complained about the use of his model names, so Granit became Garant and Phänomen changed to Robur. These changes didn't happen at the same time, so there are actually 3 different names for this bus, but since the Garant-logo is seen on the front, the actual bus modeled here can be no earlier than mid-1956 (the folder says 1956, while the presentation stand says 1958!)
The complex full name covers several aspects of the vehicle's specifications:
30 = 3.0 litre engine
K = Kopfgesteuert
V = Verlängert (extended chassis)
W = Windlauf (the Robur factory delivered the chassis only (the body was made by a factory in Halle)
B = bus version (several trucks and vans existed as well)
18 = passenger capacity of 18.
