Originally a human gangster that was employed by Shredder, Rocksteady's DNA was mutated with a rhinoceros and he became half-man, half-rhinoceros. This 1/15 scale Rocksteady figure features 31 points of articulation and includes machete, rifle, two head portraits, and two additional sets of interchangeable hand gestures. Figure comes packaged in a unique collector's box with a dioramic insert.
