Microcar designed specifically for the disabled. It was available in a number of different specs for various amputee types. It earned the nickname "Morgunovka", but was not very loved by the press or daily users, who often described it as a clumsy, noisy, motorized wheelchair.
This casting has been issued numerous times, mostly by DeAgostini, but also by maker Ixo. Most versions share the same color scheme, so it can be nearly impossible to identify which series it comes from. In this collection it is issue# 41.
Build quality is not very good and lights are often mounted askew or not properly secured, as can be seen on photos, where a rear light fell off during opening of the blister pack. Nevertheless it is still a worthwhile addition to any collection of microcars or russian obscurities.
