This is the third issue of US magazine 'Sportscar Graphic' published under the Motor Trend banner that had prevoiusly been 'Sportscar Quarterly'. There were just 7 issues produced under this name, the final Motor Trend's Sportscar Graphic magazine was the Vol. 3, No.3, June 1960 edition.
