The Scots Guards

Originally raised in 1642 by King Charles I they became known as the Scotch or Scots Guards and, so legend has it to the other regiments as _ The Kiddies_ They have fought in all the major campaigns and at the outbreak of World War II the regiment increased to five Battalions. In 1982 the 2nd Battalion sailed to the Falklands Isles and won the battle for Mount Tumbledown which was fought with the points of their bayonets.
