Similar in design to No. 1 and No. 2, but used the Austin A40 Devon's 1.2L pushrod OHV engine, 4-speed gerbox, front suspension, and spiral-bevel rear axle. Rear suspension was half-elliptical leaf springs.
The car was used for a time in local competitions, driven by Wilkinson, and won several awards.
