Issue #15 of Eaglemoss’s Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection features the USS Equinox NCC‑72381, a Nova-class starship introduced in the two-part Star Trek: Voyager episode “Equinox.” Unlike the larger Intrepid-class Voyager, the Equinox was a short-range science vessel stranded in the Delta Quadrant and forced to make morally complex decisions to survive—placing it in stark contrast with Captain Janeway’s approach.
This hand-painted die-cast and ABS plastic model captures the Equinox’s compact and aggressive profile, with its truncated engineering section, wide-set nacelles, and minimalistic hull detailing. The model comes mounted on a custom display stand and is accompanied by a 20-page collector’s magazine exploring the Nova-class design, the Equinox’s storyline, and behind-the-scenes production development.
