This casting, a 2006 First Editions release, makes its first appearance for online purchase, and its first appearance with a Spectraflame finish. Chosen by 2007 Red Line Club members as the second sELECTIONs car - in the Classics vs. Ultra-Hots bracket, the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia makes a natural companion piece to the earlier 2007 release of the HWC Series Six Real Riders Volkswagen Drag Bus. Spectraflame orange and Real Riders wheels with Goodyear tampo were also chosen by members, and these features match those used on the Drag Bus. When it came time for HWC graphics team to provide the deco, they followed the apparent lead of the membership and included flame deco as well.
