I had no idea that these had steering until I started looking more closely at the Corgi catalogues! It is a great system and works really well - all credit to whoever thought of that.
It was just a bit late in the day. It’s July 1969 and change is looming. These are the last good years. The same system I see is on 159 which I have yet to obtain.
The aerofoil also adjusts and there is a semblance of suspension too.
This example is clean and has no missing paint. Looks good, it’s just the colour that doesn’t do it justice.
