  • Issued by Lucius Seius, proconsul, and Septimius and Balbus, duoviri.
  • The mint that produced these coins is uncertain because the city name was not included in the legend and incomplete details of the area in the historical record.  Most studies of the coin assign it to Panormos but Agrigentum and other cities have also been suggested.
