Items will be posted with UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service or International Tracked Service. Buyers are responsible for any duty or additional fees that may arise on delivery in their country.
We want customers to be happy with their purchases and will refund the price paid on satisfactory return. Buyers are responsible for the safe packing and postage of items being returned but in the event of an item being faulty or being inaccurately described we will also refund return postage costs.
In all cases where you wish to return an item it is essential that you contact us first. There may, for instance, be cases where we are happy to refund part or all of your payment and let you keep the item or have an alternative solution to any problem.
Items may be combined to reduce postage costs but only up to a maximum value of $300 per package which is the maximum insurance cover available. If your purchase exceeds $300 or you think the system here displays an incorrect postage figure please contact us at andrew@corgi.toys
