Atelier Caroline et Tristan

Model Builder | Brand

Something Missing?

In 1984, Tristan Fournier and Caroline meet at the bend of a racing circuit, abandon their respective activities, and very quickly put their lives and their passion together. Thus was born the Atelier Fournier, a 1 / 8th car model. They make to order models of qualified goldsmithery, very detailed, very mechanical and above all entirely made by hand, which makes them unique pieces. The concern for authenticity, the quality of the materials and the exceptional finishes quickly inspire art lovers like Hervé Ogliastro-Vuitton, Pierre Bardinon or Alain Prost…

Very early passionate about mechanics and beautiful bodywork, Caroline "blaksonnait" the family 403 or unblocked the nozzle of the maternal 2cv from the age of 10, trying to understand by what miracle the fact of turning a key started an engine ... After having followed the School of Fine Arts in Clermont-Ferrand and the Faculty of Letters (History of Art and Plastic Arts), she became a teacher by "wisdom" but the passion for the self remained omnipresent. As a child, Tristan assembled and collected trade models, and when he did not find the desired model, he made it himself in resin ... He then had a "reasonable" start to professional life by creating his prosthesis laboratory dental and operating it for twenty years.
