  • Bouygues Construction (100%) - includes the civil engineering and electricity sectors (Bouygues Energies & Services). The company has completed several major projects including the Stade de France , the Pont de Normandie , the Sports Hub in Singapore, the Pont de Baluarte, the QP District property in Doha, the Stade Vélodrome in Marseille and the highest tower in France, Tour First in the district of La Défense
    Bouygues Immobilier (100%) - This division was founded in 1956 and comprises the Group's real estate business. Rental properties, office buildings and shopping centers as well as the interior design of inner-city properties are realized here, among them Ginko in Bordeaux, the GreenOffice in Meudon or the intelligent power grid IssyGrid in Issy-les-Moulineaux Colas (96.6%) - Founded in 1929, the subsidiary was incorporated in 1986 into the group. The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure and is the global market leader. With the subsidiary Colas Rail, the group is also active in rail construction. Other companies are taking over these activities overseas and in Morocco.
  • TF1 (43.5%) - The TF1 group includes TV channels TF1, LCI, NT1, Stylia, Histoire, an 80% stake in TMC and TV Breizh, 50% stake in TF6 and Série Club, 49% in Eurosport and the print product Métronews.
  • Bouygues Telecom (90.5%) - Bouygues Telecom was founded in 1994 following the acquisition of the mobile license. The company offers landline telephony, television and internet. In 2014, after Free's market entry on the French market, the company incorporated its sister brand B & YOU. According to research, Bouygues landline-based Internet access is the quality leader.
  • Alstom (29.3%) - In April 2006, Bouygues acquired the 21.03% shareholding in Alstom from the French State and became the principal shareholder. At the end of 2006, this trade was approved by the competition authorities. Its main activity is the market of hydroelectric plants and the implementation of smart grids.
